Today I tried to download epel release
Found that the rpm file provided by https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/ has been lost
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-8.noarch.rpm

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

As soon as possible :)

I can confirm that this broken. Just saw a CI run fail which tries to install the epel-release package.

I have fixed the issue manually for now.
