Describe what you would like us to do:

I want to migrate the-new-hotness to use zuul on https://fedora.softwarefactory-project.io/ and I don't see software-factory in installed apps. I know it's already enable for MBBox and Anitya. Could be this app also enabled for the-new-hotness?

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)
