Create TLS certificates needed for log01 etc. so we can send messages to the bus using fedora-messaging for the DNF Counting initiative.

I guess the service name should be logging (or logging.stg, respectively) to make it generic enough for other uses on the same hosts.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Soonish. The sooner we have this setup, the earlier we can debug things better (or so we hope).
