One week prior to the release we will be on a change freeze on ALL fedora hardware. This is to ensure a stable environment for the release, as well as un-changing environment for the releng team and developers to use in the event that they need it.

Presently the freeze will start on November 1st.
All exceptions to this must be sent to the list FIRST and approved by the group before the change is made. Outages are an exception to this rule.
Looks like this went well. With the exception of app4 very little in the change freeze had to be broken.
