#10096 Can't login on Google Chrome on Windows 10
Closed: Fixed 3 years ago by kevin. Opened 3 years ago by asaleh.

Describe what you would like us to do:

Richard Shaw can't login from Chrome on Windows 10 (his work computer) with Fedora login on release-monitoring.org with: "Error: There was an error during authentication 'Authentication process canceled', please check the provided url."

There seems to be an extraneous popup as well.

He doesn't experience these issues at home on Fedora.

https://release-monitoring.org just redirects the user to https://id.fedoraproject.org, so this is probably some issue in noggin.

Would it be possible to attempt this login again and provide us with a timestamp of the login so we can investigate the logs and try to get to the root cause.

This may well be a duplicate of ticket #9900 (ie, sssd on ipsilon01/02 failing).

If it works now likely this is the case.

I did manage to log in through Chrome on Windows 10, so it is likely a problem with the account?

Well, I suspect it was the issue 9900 thing... ie, sssd on ipsilon01 and/or 02 failed causing auth failures. ;(

Feel free to re-open if there's more to do here.
