I already have an account at https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/user/liuhangbin/. And I have signed the FPCA on the setting page. But when I try to fork the dropwatch code in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dropwatch. It said I need to sign the PFCA again with the address https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/.
Mattia Verga said we have switched the account system from admin.fedoraproject.org to accounts.fedoraproject.org. And the old system is read-only now.
So please help resolve this issue.

I now see that the old FAS link is just hardcoded in Pagure template, so it may not be the real problem.
An old similar ticket was posted to Pagure many years ago (https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/403). The solution there was to logout from both Pagure and ipsilon, then login again. @liuhangbin can you try that trick?
