completed in zabbix. Will complete in nagios after change freeze. Note that I also added monitoring in zabbix for the fact that nfs1 is mounted on all of the builders, as well as portmap and rpc.statd on nfs1 itself.

I'm going to go ahead and call this done. We're trying to get rid of nagios, if its working in zabbix thats good enough for me.
