I converted python-TestSlide to rpmautospec, and the release jumped from -5 (what I had in the last build) to -9. This isn't that big of a deal, but it looks a bit odd. This is just how it works, it takes the number of commits since the last version bump (including it) as the release number. I realize that the documentation hints at it but doesn't explicitly tell people to expect this, so we should update it.

Thanks! Yeah I assumed this was an implementation side effect, but it wasn't obvious from reading the docs, so making it more explicitly would be great.
