Story Time

As a maintainer of a package whose release is higher than the number of commits since the last version bump(*),

I want a way to specify an offset number to the %autorelease macro,

so I can use it.

(*): Looking at you, kernel.

Acceptance criteria

An optional (short getopt) parameter is added to the %autorelease macro.
The documentation for the macro is updated.
The code computing the release number honors the parameter, i.e. adds the value to the number of commits since last version bump.
