In the Mageia/Mandriva family, the %changelog section is missing entirely, and the lack of the section indicates automatic generation of changelogs to append to the spec for package build.

It'd be nice to support this ability in rpmautospec as well, since there's basically no point to having the %changelog section in the spec file for packages that have fully use autogenerated changelogs.
