As an application developer,
I want to have access to ephemeral and persistent storage to run my application and store data
So that application is robust.

Acceptance Criteria

• Application developers can request persistent volume claim and OCS would be able to serve that

Background

OCS is (opinion) a better way of handling storage. This can reduce dependency on sysadmins to provision NFS volumes for developers to claim
