As a backend developer, I want to create ignition files So that I can generate certain files and configure the installation of the Openshift cluster
This is a pre-req for config of the openshift install and is required

Work is complete, just need to request Fedora Infra sysadmin-main folks to take backup of these files generated into the private repo.
Last piece of work is update the playbooks/manual/ocp4-place-ignitionfiles.yml playbook to make a subdirectory on the batcave01 at /srv/web/infra/bigfiles/openshiftboot for each environment.
