Acceptance Criteria Write the playbooks that install the ISO file batcave Installer files are in the fedora-infra private repo * Sys-admin openshift members can run rbac-playbook to copy ignition files
Background The work needed here is a pre-requisite to install Openshift 4 as there are certain passes the install needs to go through.
