Currently if you run the script with --debug you're able to see what will be changed by the script this is quite useful, however, this diff contains the bugzilla accounts of the packagers, ie their email addresses. It can therefore not be easily shared publicly.

We need a way to generate this diff so that we can send it publicly for review before applying the changes.

This is especially interesting to do when the script has failed for some time making the diff is fairly large, we may want to reach out to the community to validate that the changes are ok for them.
