#1242 [notifs-backend] Use unix socket for redis

Because the redis is running on the same machine as FMN it's faster to
communicate through unix socket.

This change makes FMN message processing time 20% faster.

Build succeeded.

I will wait before merging this, because we want to try memcached as alternative as well.

I'm closing this one, because we found a better solution for cache. It seems that memcached is much more faster.
