#96 Meetings Widget: Conditional display of Timestamp
Closed: Fixed 7 years ago Opened 8 years ago by decause.

The new meetings widget now has links to things like "meeting_information" and other items from the API!

Rather than spend a bunch of time styling this widget though, we thought this would be a great project for a new contributor to tackle!

If there is an 'all day' meeting, we don't need to display the timestamp

What if the meeting is over multiple days ? Do we just display the multiple dates then ?

It would be cool if it said "Jun 07 - Jun 10" in big font if it spans multiple dates. That could be really neat for things like the "Beta Freeze" which lasts multiple weeks.

I have sent a PR after fixing the issue : https://pagure.io/fedora-hubs/pull-request/105
Issues fixed :
1 . Meeting start time is not displayed if meeting duration is >= 24 hours
2. If meeting spans longer than 24 hours , meeting duration( start - end date) is displayed .

Do we want to display duration(start-end) for meeting shorter than 24 hours but spans over two days ? Do we want to display the starting time then ?

Hey, awesome widget! Do we want to keep Comfortaa for the font in it, too?
