Some messages can be tagged with respect to the completeness of some process.

It might be nice to use this in hubs to provide different experiences for casual/engaged users (for followers versus members). Followers might only want to know when things are completed. Members will want to know both when things begin and finish (they want to know about a new open ticket, so they can fix it and close it).
