When someone on the team is editing their hubs, the message goes out to everybody's hubs instance, and that's useless. The message should contains something to identify the hubs instance. The hostname could be a solution, if we're not afraid of leaking information about the infrastructure (but so much internal info is going through fedmsg anyway).
