As discussed with @decause in IRC, docs should be populated with info and be default on the front page. We can do this by migrating the development info to docs and keeping the overview for external links for later, when we release Hubs.

What I meant was that I like there being documentation on the front page of the repository (overview) and if we weren't going to have a docs tab populated with the same or similar information, then maybe we can see if there is a way to hide that tab?

What we don't want is for there to be a BLANK documentation tab, which gives the impression to new contributors that we either don't have docs (which we do) or don't care about docs (which we do.)

OK, I disabled the docs tab for now until we have something to put there.
