#4 Library Widget
Closed: Fixed 7 years ago Opened 8 years ago by decause.

The library widget is populated via a drop-down menu within feed items. It is a way to save particular posts to a Hub if you are an admin, or added to your personal library on your hub.

This is how the library widget appears in hub admin hub edit mode. We may want to modify the design to allow the admins to edit / remove links in it though. (not just when you click edit.)

We still need a mockup for how it looks when you click on edit.

A note about implementation: almost all of our widgets in fedora-hubs are read-only. You can configure them, but by and large they go out and gather other data for you and present it to you.

This widget (is not implemented yet and...) can maybe be thought about differently. We want hub admins to be able to save references to old fedmsgs for people to go back and look at important things from the past. How we implement that is still up in the air.
