vagrant ssh The private key to connect to the machine via SSH must be owned by the user running Vagrant. This is a strict requirement from SSH itself. Please fix the following key to be owned by the user running Vagrant:
<Working_Dir>/fedora-hubs/.vagrant/machines/hubs/libvirt/private_key
This isssue was because @sayaksarkar did run the command with sudo thus while doing vagrant ssh, sudo was needed.
I will go and close this issue.
