#297 What will bring people back to hubs?

We need to keep in mind the need to keep people coming back to Hubs in general and specific hubs.

A major draw should be that they are useful information sources. If we do this correctly, people should want to come back.

In addition, we need to think about things like:
What if someone didn't finish signing up?
- Do we need to send them a friendly email reminder? How soon is too soon? Two weeks?

People who signed up and then haven't been back:
- Friendly email reminder after two weeks?

What about people who signed up, but didn't select any hubs?
- Friendly reminder after two weeks?
- people already in regional hubs that overlap someone's location - maybe they can get informed of local people and invite them personally?

What will help get people more involved and thus more likely to want to come back?

How do we get them to the point of greater involvement?

Should we offer the option to send people email about notifications and mentions (types? number? frequency?)?
