Just a quick screenshot of the mockup work in progress as a status update - widget ideas here:

• Listing of translation team hubs (one per language)
• Current Fedora release status - includes string freeze deadline which is relevant to translators
• Language completion status - for the upcoming release, for their packages included in the l10n essential projects list, that are in zanata - a breakdown of what languages are closest to completion. the idea here is to show how close they are to try to motivate translators to make a final push and get it 100% complete. these are the ones most likely to be complete
• Projects needing language coverage - these are projects that have very few languages that have 80% or more strings translated. I don't know if the 80% minimum is a good benchmark but it seemed reasonable, but we could change it.

Also note the feed widget has hyperkitty messages from trans-list, which is the general list for translators, and planet fedora posts from translation team members.

• 6 Dec 16: @a2batic had conversation with alex and threebean, they guided him on how
  to use the plugin, but she is still unclear on how to use it. she created a dummy project
  in zanata to test the translation; created the repo and project but zanata isn't picking
  up the words to translate. fedora.zanata.org also isn't completely ready - alex suggested
  using zanata 4.0 - translate.zanata.org - this has the patch to the issue we filed.
  zanata2fedmsg is in staging so we can test and push to prod.
