Every hub has a banner graphic up top that admins can customize. They can also select the color. This view shows it in the edit mode. It would be nice to give users the option of selecting from some premade banners we provide if they dont want to upload one.

So far we have the banner displaying, but not the widget to edit banners.
This is really low priority at this point since we updated the look and feel to fedora-bootstrap... I still want teams to be able to customize their colors, but probably no custom graphic artwork at this point.
