Admonition "NOTE" is untranslated on localized Fedora docs pages. There are some ideas in the net in how to localize CSS blocks (e.g. [1], [2]), but this would be an uneasy task for all supported Fedora languages.

after discussing with po4a friends, they pointed: https://asciidoctor.org/docs/user-manual/#language-support we may end-up with a yaml file to translate
Good surprise, it was fairly easy: <img alt="Screenshot_2020-04-23_Release_Notes_Local_Preview.png" src="/fedora-docs/translations-scripts/issue/raw/files/e62e88cab03199ea63c5b9c8a1dfe1e99f1213c1082f4ec78691ce78aaab260e-Screenshot_2020-04-23_Release_Notes_Local_Preview.png" />
I just had to add this to antora playbook.yml:
asciidoc: attributes: note-caption: Примітка
So, it simply means have some attribute translated, and use it at build time. Most complex question is to decide where to store this information.
you'll be able to translate there: https://translate.fedoraproject.org/projects/fedora-docs-l10n-asciidoc-keywords/attributes/
Many thanks for your work.
