Currently, there are two scripts: build.sh and run.sh. Since they are only Bash scripts, it would be more convenient to run a single script to both build and run docs.

Obviously this is not critical, but I think it is a minor but noticeable improvement to user experience of working on Fedora docs from the template.
Note that this may become moot if @bcotton builds us an RPM for builds and previews - see https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/template/issue/5#comment-600961
