Fedora 19 referenced multiple times in httpd section of guide. Not sure if particularly relevant?
Fedora 19 has been EOL since 2015-01-06
current version of httpd 2.4.25-2 in F25, This section of the guide contains changelog from 2.2 - 2.4...
everyone should be on some version of 2.4 by now...how long do we want to provide old documentation for this?
References to F19, upgrades to version 2.4, and the whole changelog are gone now.
