Hi, this PR is for Issue #737.
Summary:
- Created desktop.adoc sub-page for desktop section (copied from, F34 rel notes).
- Added 'Power Profiles' section leveraging @mareksu content from Issue page.
- Updated nav page to suit.
I plan to use the new desktop.adoc sub-page for other Issues (#734,#720).
thanks ~couchfox
