Draft to add librealsense into desktop section. @pbokoc, Would you mind reviewing it and if it looks good, adding it? I have gotten @thofmann Till's approval for the text of the update, I hope I have done a good job of putting the text into asciidoc format.

I do not know about how the libsugar information got into this update, so I removed it for now. I figured that would be it's own pull request in the future.
Let me know if I made an error there.
