This issue tracks the release note for the following Fedora Change:

This doesn't look like it will affect users much, but it's worth noting that they'll see default-fonts-* packages being installed on upgrade to F39, and mention the minor benefits in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/ImproveDefaultFontHandling#User_Experience .
