If you own this change, please add additional information here that we should communicate to Fedora users. Specifically, please consider:
Your notes to us do not need to be formally written. We will edit them and add details as needed. This is a way for you to ensure that we know what is critical about your change.
If you want to write this release note, then:
Once you're done with the above, make sure to either commit the relnote to an appropriate section of the Release Notes book, or, if you're not familiar with Git, AsciiDoc, or whatever else, just add it to this issue as a comment and let pbokoc[0] know that you're done with this one and you'd like the note included. Be sure to do this at least one day before the final release (see the Final Target Date in the current schedule). Also make sure to do this even for notes that haven't been checked by the change owner.

This Change will make easy to install default fonts without knowing what exactly a font is default. This will particularly helps if someone wants to install a default font only for some particular language. Also, this Change will improve the process of default font changes. We just need to update langpacks if we want to update a default font in the future.
The upgrade will automatically happens by dnf. no need to take any actions by users.
This Change may introduce extra steps to remove unwanted font packages. e.g. I want to keep default fonts installed for English font only. doing "dnf remove google-noto-sans-cjk-vf-fonts" may causes more packages removal. To avoid this situation, you may want to try "rpm -e default-fonts" first. This will eliminate the dependency chain and prevent undesired behavior on removal.
