Do you want to link to the alt downloads? https://alt.fedoraproject.org/alt/ vice just the server download?

Thanks!

Not really. I want to encourage users to navigate the standard menu in the new website and explore options there, so we can keep the links to a minimum. That's what I keep hearing from the website team. Let people navigate and search the new website.

The fewer the links, the less maintenance required.

In general, Docs page abuse links. From what I checked from Google search analytic, there are 160000 internal links and equal amount of external links littered across the whole Docs site. This habit makes link checker colossal tasks. Html proofer will only check if the link is functional or not, but does not check if the link is correct or up to date.

I'd suggest we link to the general downloads page, the architecture itself doesn't say whether the user wants workstation or server....
See the little text adaption I did in https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/quick-docs/pull-request/600
