The fictitious name used in the changelog example:

Sat Oct 23 2021 The Coon of Ty Ty@coon.org - 2.10-1

is offensive at least in an American English context,
as 'coon' is an old racist term.

Changed to neutral "Patricia Packager".

Fixes #86

"Pat the Packager" also seems a bit weird. It sounds like someone's patting a packager. How about Patrick the Packager?

I agree that "Pat the Packager" is not entirely non-problematic, not just for the reason @gotmax23 gives but also it shares with the original the problem that it doesn't seem like a real 21st century name or even technical pseudonym. That's also true of "Patrick the Packager". "Patrick Packager" addresses this (and is a more typical sort of fictitious name one might expect to see in documents like this one) but "Patricia Packager" might be better as a non-customarily-masculine-sounding name. Of course there are many other possibilities.

Thank you for the feedback. Let us go with Patricia.
