This is helpful for maintainers to see announcement about BZ changes.

This is a good addition if that list is actually in use.
The last message in the archives is from 2020-May,
Red Hat Bugzilla has seen many releases since then.
Could you double check
that future announcements will be sent to that list?
It is not good to recommend subscribing to announcement lists
that are not actually in use.

The manager of the team explicitly pointed me toward that list as a venue that would be used for announcements.
