Drop references to stream branches and package.cfg

Could you please elaborate about the reasons why? Ideally right in the commit message. Thx.

I agree that a better description would have been good here. However, from searching Fedora Docs, I find out that these are modularity concepts, and modularity is not part of Fedora any more. I merge this now.
