All Creating RPM Packages links, https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/creating-rpm-packages/ refer to the same page.

What's the issue here please @jtagcat ? We've updated the quick-docs to point to the package maintainer docs so that we don't have similar pages in two locations that need to be both kept up to date.

The links refer to nowhere.

Please follow Creating RPM Packages for these fields

For comprehensive information on how to create RPM files, including more detailed tips, refer to Creating RPM Packages.

They are completely useless sentences and links then.

Ah, yeh, those are bits left over from the move. Please feel free to remove these unneeded sentences to open a PR, otherwise someone else will get to it when we have some more cycles to spare.
