Currently, the docs do not have anything at all about copr.
This is not a good situation,
since copr is a useful and widely used tool for Fedora packaging.

A possible way to improve the situation
would be to continue from where Packaging Tutorial: GNU Hello ends,
adding another tutorial module which explains
how the created package can be built and distributed via copr.
