#15 is there a public "package maintainer" doc URL yet?

I can browse the Asciidoctor source in pagure today, and I was wondering if there will there be a central documentation server that we can view?

Please let me know the canonical URL where users can read the packager documentation, and I will add links to some projects, like https://pagure.io/fedora-packager's README :)

Would it make more sense to put this on the Fedora Wiki?

I would also like to know if this documentation is published somewhere. There is some recent discussion (packaging mailing list thread, devel mailing list thread) about how useful documentation is lacking from docs and needs to be looked up from the wiki, where good documentation and obsolete, incomplete and otherwise bad items are all mixed up. One major category missing from the docs is packaging, there is only Creating RPM packages section at Quick Docs, which omits important items like fedpkg usage and the normal workflow, advocates practices that cannot be used for Fedora like using ~/rpmbuild/SOURCES and similar directories and has probably has many other issues as well.

This repository looks like the right thing to include in the docs. I would like to contribute to parts that still need work. But it has been two years since the last commit, so before I spend effort, I would like to get a picture of the plan: What kind of work is still needed before the material is published? Would my contribution help to get to publication phase?

The documentation has finally been published,
it is available at https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/
