The docs give an explanation of how to tag/untag builds into a side-tag, which is very helpful.
I got into trouble a few weeks ago by deleting a build, which was the only build tagged in a side-tag, while attempting to build a new build into the side-tag. Apparently the way Fedora has this set up is to automatically clean up the side-tag once it is empty, which was a surprise. The build targeting the now-deleted side-tag just continued to build, with the side-tag stripped.
I think it would be useful to add a "Tip" section here that says something to the effect "Warning: removing the last build in the side-tag will trigger the deletion of the side-tag!". I will likely not be the last person to make this mistake, but at least the next person will be able to find docs that explains what happened to them so they can recover faster.
How does this look @ckelley: https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/package-maintainer-docs/pull-request/138 ?

Fixed in #138 (does mentioning tickets not work in pagure? I must've used a wrong keyword or something..)
