There is a missing link in the below section:

Introduction to packaging
   RPM Guide — an in-depth guide to RPM.

The link to RPM Guide misses.

The broken links points to http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora_Draft_Documentation/0.1/html/RPM_Guide/index.html which does not exist. I have no idea what RPM Guide the link is supposed to be. Maybe https://rpm-packaging-guide.github.io/?

I am not sure too but that link looks promissing

Most probably the link broke when the Docs team got rid of very old Fedora docs.
I have no idea what the content was, but since the RPM Packaging Guide looks like a quality resource,
I propose we just start linking there.
