Use only one release number in Multi-package updates
    
    Section Multi-package updates of Package Maintenance Guide
    was using {MAJOROSVER} in some commands and example output,
    and {NEXTOSVER} in others.
    This looks strange.
    
    Fixed by using {NEXTOSVER} everywhere.
