Remove Unicode characters from tutorial specfile
    
    While UTF-8 is fully supported for specfile %descriptions, using
    characters outside of 7-bit ASCII range may cause problems if they
    are somehow converted to different encodings. To avoid such issues when
    following the tutorial, such characters are removed from %description.
