My name is Srijita Mukherjee(FAS-Id: sr02mu), an intern of the Red Hat Gluster Storage Doc team.

-- My background in writing (of any kind) is
Previously working with Cognizant Technology Solutions where I has been editing 'employee user guide' for different networking devices. And have been contributing to open source for about a year.
I am exposed to various documentation tools (docbook, publican, etc.) and have worked mostly on downstream.

--Why I want to go to Docs FAD
Firstly, cause I am already working in documentation, this will definitely help me to improve my writing skills.

Secondly, I have been contributing to Fedora and always wanted to work in doc team and this is the best platform where I can contribute and it will be an awesome experience to join the doc team in Fedora going forward.

-- Any specific areas of interest
Apart from writing, I contribute to various upstream projects which includes Fedora QA and Glusters Docs.
Well, I am not an artist, but I try spending some time sketching random stuff.
