The Install Guide hasn't been updated in a while. We should at least include stuff that was noted in the Release Notes for F27 and F28.

Added some new boot options and Kickstart commands (including url which we were somehow missing the whole time...). Also marked authconfig in Kickstart as deprecated by authselect. I'm not updating F27 sice it's going EOL soon and I'd have to split the commit but the changes are on master, f28, and f29.
