Looks like we're linking to the Red Hat Kdump guide from KdumpSpoke.adoc - https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora/f29/install-guide/install/Installing_Using_Anaconda/#sect-installation-gui-kdump

I'm not sure if this is actually a big problem, we don't have an equivalent resource in Fedora and we're unlikely to have one in the foreseeable future, and the RH docs are freely accessible. We could just grab the table with memory requirements and put it in the Install Guide, but then we'd have to maintain it and the RH guide has a lot more useful info than that. Still, I'll keep this open in case someone wants to work on it.
