make the key part about -o upstream more noticeable
    
    I know that this is the essential trick to this particular workflow, YET I KEEP FORGETTING IT. So, two things:

    

    1. Move `-o upstream` to the beginning of the line where a) I think it is more obvious and b) it seems more natural, because you have all of the typed part _and then_ the pasted part

    2. Explicitly call this out as the "trick" of this workflow.
