It seems that any <bridgehead> in the docbook original loses its id= attribute during the conversion, which causes ccutil builds to fail if anything else references that bridgehead. The ID should be preserved if possible.

Hm. Looks like this might actually be a limitation of ASCIIDoc, or a bug in ccutil. Even if I add the ID back, ccutil still fails with:
Unknown ID or title "bridgehead-gen-usb-media", used as an internal cross reference
/home/pbokoc/Documents/Repos/rhel7ig-jarek/build/en-US/master.xml fails to validate
I think the ID is lost during the conversion back into docbook.
Fixed in commit 9a86b47.
