Currently docscii generates a master-docinfo.xml file every time it runs. This file provides metadata to a specific tool (ccutil), but has no use for anything else (like asciidoctor).

The functionality is useful, but it's not needed every time and it could be confusing to people unfamiliar with ccutil. Therefore I propose an option to be added, let's say --docinfo; the file should only be created if the option is used.
