Right now, docscii generates a master-docinfo.xml (metadata for ccutil) if you run it on a docbook document's publican.cfg, which is good. However, the generated xml is broken because docscii doesn't turn XML &entities; into Asciidoc {attributes}, so anyone converting a guide has to do that by hand. This is a simple conversion so docscii should do it automatically.
