Adding a new resource

@mattdm @immanetize

Do we want to add resources like this? if so, where?

This may not be the right place for this, but I think another question would be, know that we are reworking the docs site, should we try and integrate this content? Do we actually need another site devoted to the documentation of developer-centric tools?

I believe the goal with the new site is as an information hub, so the link seems to make sense to me.

I believe ultimately it would be great to see that content in the site natively, however I am cool with a link until that happens.

Makes sense to me, I am for it.

How would you fit on the page? I suspect there will be more like this, but not sure.

The branching structure has changed significantly in the last two years since this PR was opened. I don't think it makes sense to keep this PR open. I am going to close it out but we can always reopen if it is something to discuss again.
